Action Plan: Provide project material that encourages students to focus on the details. Careful planning and precision manufacture will have a positive impact on achievement level.

Goal Two: Develop and implement new level 1 standards
Action Plan:
- development of teacher and student guidelines
- development of unit plans and lesson plans
- development of student templates and teaching resources
Learning inquiry: Completion of unit/lesson plans, templates and teaching resources. Moderation of material.
Goal Three: To facilitate ICT PLG
Action Plan: To help staff explore ICT tools which can enhance teaching and learning. Focus on Moodle and Video resources .
Learning inquiry:Measured increase in the use of ICT tools. Feedback from staff on any change in student engagement and achievement.
